Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean and neat rooms with excellent breakfast close to the lake, featuring 2 full-size beds. Although located off/on the interstate, it was noisy and challenging to adjust the temperature for comfort, making it hard to sleep.
Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and worked well for my needs, although there was an issue with a bathtub causing some inconvenience. The service provided by the staff, especially by manager Coleen, was top-notch and accommodating. The location, while tiny, was nice and close to the Lakota Museum in Chamberlain, offering some interesting exploration opportunities. The dining experience stood out as the best part of the hotel, despite being understaffed at times.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the room not being ready at the 3 pm check-in time and the bathroom floor not being clean, I found the room overall clean and nice. Being next to the lobby steps for our 5-night stay was convenient. The room had 3 queen-sized beds and plenty of room.
